Springless and direct-drive, the HD-DD 3065 is a full-on, heavy-duty rubber door made for extreme environments and large door openings up to 30’0” wide.

Designed for door openings up to 25 feet wide, the springless and direct-drive HD-DD 2555 offers the benefits of our heavy-duty, HD Series rubber door design and fits into locations with as little as 20 inches of headroom. 

The HD-HD 2565 offers a hybrid alternative with a lighter rubber curtain or an 88 ounce fabric curtain. It's a great fit for applications such as transit, airport, and rail maintenance shops.

Demanding high traffic door openings are no match for the HD-CD 3025 high-performance door system. A springless drive significantly increases the volume this door can handle, and as a result, reduces the amount of required maintenance.

The springless, chain drive HD-CD 2530 is designed for parking garages where extremely reliable, high-cycle operation is a must; all the same dependable HD Series features plus a low headroom design are wrapped into one. 

Part of Hörmann’s HD SERIES chain-drive / sprung models, the HD-SD 3050 is equipped with a high-performance helical gearhead operator, which opens the door at a speed of up to 48 inches per second. 

In harsh, heavy industrial environments, the HD-SD 3020 economy rubber door gets the job done.  A basic right-angle gearhead operator opens the door at a speed of up to 18 inches per second, and a NEMA 1 operator mounted control box with relay logic and contactors is standard.

Heavy manufacturing, steel, pulp & paper, waste management, oil & gas, and mining are common industries that specify the HDXL. Suitable for applications up to 47 feet wide and 45 feet high, the HDXL is equipped with a high-performance helical gearhead operator, which opens the door at a speed of up to 12 inches per second.

When frequency of access is minimal, the HD-M manually operated rubber door is a low-cost consideration. Suitable for harsh industrial and commercial environments and available for doors up to 15 feet wide and 15 feet high.

Ideal for no-nonsense dock areas in distribution, commercial, and manufacturing applications, the HD-M 1000 provides fast and reliable 4.5:1 manual chain hoist operation and impact release performance. Suitable for applications up to 10 feet wide and 12 feet high, the inboard spring assembly has a 25,000 cycle rating, which easily accommodates low cycle door openings.
